Introduction
Many institutions offer twinning programs in collaboration with other institutions of higher learning. Twinning is a program offered by one institution in collaboration with foreign university. It is an international program which allows students to complete their undergraduate or postgraduate degrees from other universities through distance learning. Institutions jointly provide supervision and develop quality control standards, and eventually this leads to a degree that is supported by both institutions. This means that you will be conferred a degree by both institutions although you will be spending most of your time at one of the institutions. The Ministry of Education supports the concept of twinning between its local schools and overseas institutions.
