Office of Financial Affairs (CFO)

The Office of Financial Affairs is responsible for safeguarding and managing the University’s financial resources in support of the University’s mission and Strategic Plan, while ensuring the University’s financial sustainability and upholding its commitment to academic excellence and the educational experience of its students.

The Vice President and Chief Financial Officer serves as the principal administrative officer of the University and a member of the institution’s senior leadership team. He is responsible for the University financial functions as well as the planning, organizing, evaluating, and monitoring of all administrative and facilities functions. The CFO oversees strategic financial and administrative planning, budget development and implementation, policy formulation, facilities and organizational development.

The SAIU Office of Financial Affairs exists to support the financial and administrative management of the School of Medicine by providing financial expertise and consultation.

The Office of Financial Affairs attends to all student loan, financial aid and scholarship programs.

The SAIU Office of Financial Affairs further provides comprehensive financial analysis and facilitating the institutional budget process, including,

  • Long Range Financial Planning
  • Space Analysis
